These groups of applicants pass the entrance tests established by the university in the form of computer testing, subject to the identification of applicants. Entrance examinations are held at points of access to the electronic educational resources of the University, mobile points for receiving documents at addresses approved by the order of the rector. Identification of applicants is carried out by an authorized (official of the University on the basis of a power of attorney. Identification of an applicant is confirmed by an entry in the test protocol and certified by the signature of an authorized (official) person. The list of entrance examinations coincides with the set of the Unified State Examination for the direction of preparation.For example, if for admission to the economy you need the Unified State Examination in Russian, mathematics (profile) and social science, those who enter the entrance examinations pass the same subjects.

It is possible that an applicant has the right to enter the internal exams of the university, but he also has the Unified State Examination. In this case, he can choose for each subject: to enter the Unified State Examination or pass exams at the university. Graduates of technical schools and colleges, disabled children, disabled people, foreign citizens can combine the USE and entrance examinations established by the university.

Admission to programs magistracy is carried out according to the results of a comprehensive exam in the direction of training. Applicants from Moscow and the Moscow region take such an exam in person in the main building of RosNOU at the address: Moscow, st. Radio, d.22, applicants from other regions take a comprehensive exam on the territory and in the presence of the head of the branch, TCD or university partner via videoconferencing with the main building of RosNOU.
