Liquid vitamin E reviews

According to patient reviews, the liquid form of vitamin E is easy to dose and very convenient to use. In addition to oral administration, the drug is often applied topically, as in pure form, and as part of masks and shampoos.

The therapeutic effect corresponds to that declared by the manufacturer. Side effects are extremely rare and often go away without outside intervention.

Oil solutions of vitamins A and E are used to treat and prevent many diseases. When taken orally, the drugs are quickly absorbed into the blood and spread through the bloodstream, producing a prolonged effect. When taken together, the beneficial effect on the body is enhanced.

Effect of vitamin A oil

Retinol is an analogue of a natural substance. The body's reserves are replenished with foods - carrots, pumpkin, spinach. The oil solution is called Retinol acetate.

Vitamin A isolates free radicals in the epithelium, improves the conductivity of nerve impulses, and stimulates the regeneration of the skin and mucous membranes. The substance is involved in metabolic processes and the production of lipids, proteins and polysaccharides, prevents the development of diabetes.

One of the main properties is stimulation of the synthesis of rhodopsin (the visual pigment responsible for twilight vision).

Effect of vitamin E oil

The substance is produced in the liver and enters the body along with foods - vegetable oils, nuts, sea buckthorn. The oily solution is sold under the name Alpha-tocopherol acetate.

Taking it increases the elasticity of the walls of blood vessels, reduces the likelihood of developing dystrophic processes in the heart muscle, increases the synthesis of hemoglobin and improves the quality of plasma.

An important role of the drug is to stabilize the functions of the reproductive system. In men, it improves the quality of seminal fluid, and in women, it increases the possibility of pregnancy by accelerating the maturation of healthy eggs.

Indications for the simultaneous use of oil solutions of vitamins a and e

  • night blindness and optic nerve atrophy;
  • psoriasis and retinitis pigmentosa;
  • disturbance of peripheral blood supply;
  • endarteritis and obliterating endocarditis, systemic lupus erythematosus;
  • atherosclerosis.

The combined effect of oil solutions of vitamins a and e

Simultaneous use enhances the beneficial effect on the body. If retinol treatment is not supported by the administration of tocopherol, the substance will not be fully absorbed, but will be partially oxidized in the blood plasma and small intestine. Vitamin A stimulates the antioxidant effect of vitamin E.

Since retinol is synthesized by the body, an overdose can occur when taken from the outside. Tocopherol helps prevent the accumulation of vitamin A by limiting liver stores.

How to take

The vitamin complex should not be used without a doctor's prescription. Alpha tocopherol is prescribed with caution to children under 12 years of age. Average daily norm for adults – 100 mg. The recommended duration of treatment is up to 4 weeks.

When determining the dosage of Retinol, the patient's age and physiological status are taken into account.

Correction of the therapeutic regimen is allowed for vitamin deficiency, dermatological diseases and decreased vision.

For ease of use, it is better to purchase vitamins for oral administration in capsules. Alpha tocopherol is taken up to 3 times a day after meals, Retinol - 1 time, in the morning.

It is advisable to add 20-30 drops of lemon juice to the water intended for drinking the medicine. The vitamin C it contains increases the rate of absorption of the drug complex into the bloodstream and enhances the antioxidant function.

Solutions of vitamins A and E in oil can be purchased in ampoules. In this case, the dosage and frequency of use are prescribed individually, based on the clinical picture.

Women add Tocopherol and Retinol to face and hair masks. In this case, it is recommended to purchase ampoules or an oil solution.

Contraindications for oil solutions of vitamins a and e

Complex use is contraindicated in case of individual intolerance to each substance or the development of an allergic reaction when used together. Absolute contraindications for treatment:

  • renal and liver failure;
  • thyrotoxicosis;
  • dysfunction of the circulatory system;
  • chronic glomerulonephritis.

Relative restrictions on prescription are atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries, myocardial infarction and varicose veins. It is recommended to avoid complex treatment with Retinol and Alpha-tocopherol in the first trimester of pregnancy. In the second and third semester, as well as during lactation, vitamins should be prescribed by a doctor.

Side effects

In most cases, negative reactions of the body appeared due to an overdose or violation of the frequency of administration. Signs of intolerance: nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, frequent headaches, photophobia, exacerbation of pancreatitis and cholelithiasis. Impaired sweating, peeling of the skin, and alopecia (hair loss) were noted. In rare cases, joint pain and enlarged spleen have occurred.

Dizziness is one of the signs of drug intolerance.

No side effects were observed when applied to the skin.

Doctors' opinion

Oleg Vladimirovich, therapist, Tula: “Patients do not consider vitamins A and E as medicines and drink without restrictions, and then complain of diarrhea. Combined use - only according to indications, in compliance with the dosage."

Olga Rifovna, gynecologist, Kazan: “I consider it effective to prescribe for women with irregular ovulation when planning pregnancy.”

Ilyas Aminovich, dermatologist, Ufa: “I prescribe it for alopecia and excessive dry skin. I recommend purchasing them in capsules and bottles and adding them to skin care products.”

Vitamin E is also called tocopherol. The product is an organic compound that has a rejuvenating effect, smoothes out wrinkles on the skin, and evens out the complexion. The product is sold in cosmetic stores and pharmacies, and tocopherol is also found in most food products. At home, vitamin E is used as an independent drug to improve the condition of the epidermis. The component is often added to masks and lotions.

Beneficial properties of vitamin E

  1. As mentioned earlier, tocopherol rejuvenates the dermis, making it elastic. Regular use accelerates the production of elastin fibers and collagen.
  2. Tocopherol promotes natural self-cleaning of tissues and natural cell regeneration (recovery). The product causes a lifting effect (elimination of nasolabial wrinkles, double chin, improvement of facial contours, etc.).
  3. Vitamin E prevents premature aging, which usually occurs due to the use of low-quality decorative cosmetics, poor ecology, unbalanced nutrition, lack of basic care and other external factors.
  4. Thanks to improved blood circulation, the epidermis becomes smooth and even, freckles/pigment spots disappear. If you rub the pure composition into the area around the eyes, dark circles disappear after two weeks.
  5. In addition to cosmetic purposes, tocopherol has a positive effect on the entire body. A powerful antidepressant relieves fatigue and the effects of stress, fights insomnia, invigorates and raises morale.
  6. With regular use of the composition orally, tocopherol cleanses the walls of the intestines and stomach from free radicals, removes toxins and poisons from the body. As a result of this feature, the skin becomes clear, acne and blackheads are noticeably reduced (release of sebaceous ducts).
  7. If you apply pure ampoule vitamin E to inflamed areas, the source of infection is noticeably reduced. The ulcers are also dried out and acne is partially cured (it all depends on the individual characteristics of the skin).
  8. Dermatologists recommend using tocopherol in concentrated liquid form for girls with dry dermis. Regular use of the composition has an intense moisturizing effect, relieves skin from peeling, treats microcracks and abrasions.
  9. Since the epidermis is largely composed of water, vitamin E prevents dehydration of the skin. It restores water balance, removes accumulated salts, and regulates acidity. If you apply the product to the problematic and oily skin, after a month you will notice a reduction in subcutaneous sebum production.
  10. Tocopherol helps eliminate allergic reactions that occur on the skin for unknown reasons. If you notice itching, burning, cracking, redness on the upper layers of the epidermis, just lubricate the damaged areas with liquid vitamin E.

Ingredients:

  • teaspoon dimexide,
  • teaspoon of vitamins A, E,
  • teaspoon burdock oil,
  • teaspoon lemon juice.

Mix everything until smooth, apply to your curls for an hour. The use of such a mask will give excellent results - shiny, manageable, chic curls.

Mask for weakened hair (vitamins + pepper + onion)

  • a tablespoon of onion juice,
  • a tablespoon of pepper tincture,

You can add a couple of drops of vitamins directly to the bottle with shampoo and conditioner.

Prices and where to buy

Vitamins in liquid form can be purchased at any pharmacy. Vitamin A (otherwise called retinol acetate) – price approx. 100-150 rubles.

The main thing is to explain to the pharmacist before purchasing that you need the product for masks, otherwise they may sell you vitamins in capsules, the price of which is more expensive.

If you don’t have time to prepare complex mixtures, just pour a tablespoon of any liquid vitamin into a balm or a ready-made mask, the effect will also be amazing.

If you are concerned about the condition of your curls, it is better to consult a trichologist. He will develop an individual program for you to restore and nourish your hair. Only in combination with proper nutrition and with care, vitamins will help your curls become more beautiful and healthier.
