  • on a cheese day it is not forbidden to consume up to 500 grams of dairy products;
  • fruit day you need to eat about 1.5 kilograms of fresh fruits and berries.

You can adapt this menu for yourself, taking into account the availability of certain products.

Getting out of the diet

In order to maintain the result obtained, it is necessary to leave the diet gradually. Otherwise, the weight may return. You should not immediately pounce on your favorite dishes: it is best to introduce them into the diet in doses. And some products are completely recommended to be abandoned forever, for example, sausages, sausages, flour products. Sugar and sweets should be limited to a minimum, and milk chocolate should be replaced with bitter.

If desired or necessary, the Six Petals program can be repeated twice, and in a row. But then it's worth taking a break for a couple of weeks.

  • Any baked goods (with the exception of a few slices of whole grain bread per day of cereals).
  • All confectionery and cooked sweets, chocolate and any products with sugar.
  • Oil of any origin.

What are we doing on the 2nd day?

Again, only one type of food and several cooking methods: raw, steamed, boiled, baked.

Note! Do not add oil to vegetables!

Day number 2. Vegetable day - sample menu:

  • For breakfast - boiled potatoes and raw cabbage salad.
  • 2nd breakfast - cauliflower and / or steamed broccoli, add salt, do not keep in processing for more than 7 minutes.
  • For lunch - stewed-boiled vegetable stew, salt, add greens. It is best to cook the mix to the state of "al dente": no longer raw, but still elastic. With such vegetables, it is easier to fulfill the requirement of a diet for thorough chewing of food.
  • Snack - baked pumpkin in foil or mashed boiled celery root and sliced fresh vegetables(carrot, cucumber, bell pepper).
  • For dinner - a mix of vegetables, led by cabbage and carrots, baked in foil or steamed. Or a raw salad with a few cabbages, carrots and celery.
  • In between meals - weak green tea without sugar, water with the addition of freshly squeezed vegetable juice.

This is usually the turning point of the 6 Petals Diet, when apathy can set in. Easily digestible protein comes to the rescue again - from chicken meat.

Our task is to follow the feeling of hunger and satiety. This means, without counting calories, chew slowly (up to 20 times each bite!) And stop eating as soon as you are full.

Day number 3. Chicken Day - sample menu:

  • In the first three days after the diet, we exclude alcohol and any soda, as well as fried, smoked, too fatty foods and multicomponent complex dishes.
  • We don't go for food! We do not strive for variety and do not eat a lot. It is beneficial to calculate the daily caloric intake for the weight achieved and the level of physical activity to follow in a simple diet with minimal food processing.

How many circles can you do?

Salads, stewed stews, baked fish, shrimp, squid, any meat, fruits and the absence of flavor enhancers - this is how we spend a week free from diet. And we repeat the diet cycle "6 petals" to consolidate the results.

Pros and Cons of the 6 Petal Diet

Petal diet - these are the three main advantages on the way to harmony:

  1. High efficiency. The duration of weight loss is only 6 days, however, according to numerous reviews, they can lead to a noticeable weight loss: up to 4-5 kilograms.
  2. Relatively easy portability. This distinguishes the 6-day alternation of mono-diets from the usual single-food diet for a week. Psychologically and physically, even 3 days on one buckwheat or a week of a diet on cereals can be much harder than changing the same type of food sets day by day.
  3. There is no pronounced feeling of hunger between meals. This dignity describes most diet reviews. Such a positive moment makes it easier to follow the program and not lose focus.

The program is not without its shortcomings. And this is not surprising, if you remember that "6 petals" is still an extreme type of weight loss without a deep restructuring of lifestyle. All this systematic work will have to be done after weight loss efforts if we want to consolidate slender results.

So what is weak sides petal diet?

  1. Frequent fractional meals with a narrow list of foods throughout the day. It is difficult for working people to organize. The ideal follower of the diet is a person with a free schedule.
  2. Significant stress load on all organs and systems, which is typical for all mono-diets. Human nature provides for a varied diet. A mono-diet is always a bias in the excess of some substances and the lack of others. The lack of balance in vital nutrients is stressful for the body.

    Basic principles of building a daily diet

    This program was developed by nutritionist Anna Johanson. A short diet makes it possible to lose weight by 4-6 kg. The basic principle is to follow each other 6 mono-diets, each of which is given only one day. At the same time, for six days, there is an alternation of food containing complex carbohydrates, with protein dishes and foods rich in fiber.

    Anna Yuhanson suggests visualizing the process of losing weight with a six-petaled chamomile flower made of paper or cardboard and hung in a prominent place, for example, on a refrigerator. An image of a key daily product is attached to each of them in a circle.

    The success of the diet is based on the scientific principles of separate nutrition. Before you start it, you need to make a diet for the coming week. It is very important not to rearrange the sequence of days as you see fit. Otherwise, the effect of the program may be zero. The only change allowed is five petals instead of six. In this case, the last fruit day falls out of the program.

    An important note: for the duration of the diet, sugar is completely excluded from the diet, and salt intake is minimized. If willpower allows, then it is also better to refuse salt for the entire time devoted to the diet. To improve the taste of dishes, you can use natural seasonings.

    The intervals between meals should be no more than 4 hours. Portions should not be large. At the same time, the amount of food should allow you to be satiated. The general meal plan is as follows:

    • breakfast;
    • lunch;
    • dinner;
    • afternoon tea;
    • dinner.

    Menu for 6 days (from Monday to Saturday)

    It is best to start the program on Monday. But this indication is not fundamental. The detailed schedule and approximate menu are presented below.

    Monday

    The first petal comes off - the fish day begins, the diet of which should consist exclusively of dietary fish dishes. Sample menu with times:

    1. 1. 8:00 - boiled lean fish. Perch, cod, zander or hake fillets are suitable.
    2. 2. 11:00 - Oven-baked fish, then seasoned with parsley and dill.

    Snacks between these meals are excluded. You can drink tea - herbal, black or green - but you can not sweeten it.
