  3. In the old fashioned way, in a meat grinder or with the help of modern kitchen gadgets, grind pork and beef to the consistency of minced meat.
  4. We spread the mixed minced meat in a deep bowl.
  5. We clean the garlic cloves and onion. Hard cheese cut into cubes.
  6. Add chicken egg, sea edible salt, seasonings and spices to minced meat.
  7. Pass the garlic cloves through a press and add the resulting mass to the minced meat.
