L 1 \u003d 120 mm - the length of the valve body installed in the building structure.

Size range, flow section, damper projections, local resistance coefficients (LRC), number and location of inspection hatches of the KLP ® -1V damper are similar to the specified parameters of the KLP ® -1 damper of rectangular section.

Additional sections of the air duct and tubular transitions can be made to install dampers in round ducts.

The standard size range and design diagrams of cassettes of several dampers for installation in air ducts with cross-sectional dimensions A and B exceeding the values indicated in the table are similar to the standard size range and diagrams of KLP ® -1.

The gap between the valve body and building structures is filled with cement-sand mortar or concrete. When installing the valve, it is necessary to provide access to the actuator and inspection hatches of the valve.

When installing NO (fire-retarding) dampers outside walls (ceilings), external fire protection should be applied to the edge of the casing protecting the damper actuator, and, in accordance with regulatory requirements, should provide a fire resistance limit equal to the required fire resistance limit of the barrier. Valves can also be installed from the side of room A, according to the mirror (in relation to the building structure) scheme.

Purpose

Fire-fighting normally open (fire-retarding) dampers KLOP-1 are designed to block the spread of fire and combustion products through air ducts, shafts and channels of ventilation and air conditioning systems of buildings and structures for various purposes.

Normally closed (including smoke) dampers KLOP-1 are used as dampers for smoke ventilation. The use of valves is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements. KLOP®-1 dampers are not subject to installation in rooms of categories A and B due to explosion and fire hazard. In these rooms, KLOP-1V dampers are installed in an explosion-proof design.

Attention!

Our company supplies products from several manufacturing plants with a similar range. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the design and the lineup supplied equipment. If necessary, you can ask our managers for more detailed information on a specific model.

Fire damper KLOP-1 in the market of domestic fire dampers is perhaps one of the most famous and eminent.

Its certification and development of serial production was carried out in 1999, and the KLOP-1 valve became the first domestic certified fire damper, and the name KLOP-1 became a registered trademark. For some time, the KLOP-1 damper was the only domestically produced fire damper. Well-organized marketing by the manufacturer and work with design organizations made the KLP valve popular, often found in project documentation. Probably, this contributed to the fact that the name KLP-1 has become a household name, you may encounter such situations when the customer, when applying for valves, says: "I need to buy KLP-1", although the specific name of the valve is not indicated in his documentation and the valve Klop-1 can be replaced by others fire dampers with similar settings.

The fire damper KLOP-1 is installed in the channels of general ventilation and air conditioning with mechanical draft induction. Fire-retarding (normally open valves) prevent the spread of fire through these channels, and smoke (normally closed valves) prevent the spread or removal of smoke.

The fire damper KLOP-1 is produced in the form of two modifications:

Klop-1(60);

Klop-1(90);

The difference between them lies in the limits of fire resistance.

Klop-1 (60) has a fire resistance limit of 60 minutes (1 hour).

Klop-1 (90) has a fire resistance limit of 90 minutes (1.5 hours).

The KLOP-1 damper can perform the functions of both a fire-retarding damper (damper in the "normally open" position) and a smoke exhaust valve - (damper in the "normally closed" position).

The valve body can be made both round and rectangular (square) section.

Klop-1 is intended for installation only in the channel. The drive that transfers the damper flap from the initial state to the working state is located outside the damper. To control the position of the damper, a special inspection hatch is provided on the valve. It is used when an air duct is connected to the valve on both sides and it is not possible to look inside the already installed valve through the flow area.

The body of the KLOP-1 valve is made of carbon (black) steel, subsequently painted. This KLOP-1 differs from the valve KLOP-2, the body of which is made of galvanized steel.

The damper of rectangular (square) section is equipped on both sides with flanges through which it is attached to the ventilation duct.

The round section damper can be made both on flanges and for nipple mounting in the ventilation duct.

The fire damper KLOP-1 is equipped with the following types of actuators for controlling the damper damper:

Electromechanical actuator BELIMO type BF(24), BF(220) or BLF(24), BLF(220) with a return spring with a supply voltage of 24V or 220V;

Electromagnetic EM (220), EM (24) or EM (12) - electromagnetic drive with a supply voltage of 12V, 24V or 220V;

ТЗ - spring drive with thermal lock;

ТЗ(М) - spring drive with thermal lock and microswitches;

When choosing an actuator for fire dampers, consider that:

Part 2 Art. 138 of Federal Law No. 123-FZ prohibits the use of actuators of the TZ and TZ (M) types on NO fire dampers in Russian Federation.

The use of MV type actuators for NC and smoke dampers in the Russian Federation is contrary to clause 7.18 of SP 7.13130.2009.

The price of fire dampers KLOP-1, KLOP-2, KLOP-3, KOM-1, KDM-2 and KLAD-2 are given below.

The price of a fire damper with dimensions other than those indicated in the table is determined by the larger side. For example, the price of a KLOP-1 valve with dimensions of 400x200 is determined as the price of a 400x400 valve. The price of a KLOP-2 valve with dimensions of 600x350 is determined as the price of a valve with dimensions of 600x600, etc.

KLOP-1 valves are manufactured as a fire damper and smoke exhaust. Depending on the type and operating conditions of the valve room, various fire resistance values are produced. They prevent the spread of combustion products through the premises of the building through, ventilation ducts and mines.
KLOP-1 dampers are not subject to installation in rooms of categories A and B in terms of fire and explosion hazard. In these rooms, KLOP-1 dampers are installed in an explosion-proof design.

Fire resistance limit of valves:

Valve KLOP-1(60)

  • in the mode of normally open (fire-retardant) and normally closed - EI 60;
  • in smoke mode - EI 60, E 60.
Valve KLOP-1(90)
  • in the mode of normally open (fire-retardant) and normally closed - EI 90
  • in smoke mode - EI 90, E 90.
KLOP-1 dampers are produced only in the "channel" type with two flanges and external actuator placement. KLOP-1 valves of round section are also made with a nipple connection.

Normally open valves KLOP-1 are manufactured in various modifications depending on the type of drive:

  • with electromagnetic drive in combination with a 72 °C thermal lock (or without it);
  • round valves with electromagnetic drive are manufactured without thermal lock;
  • with Belimo electromechanical actuators (type BF or BLF) in combination with (or without) a 72 °C thermal cut-out device;
  • with spring drive and thermal lock at 72°C or 141°C, with or without microswitches.
KLOP-1(60) and KLOP-1(90) smoke dampers and normally closed dampers are produced with an electromagnetic actuator without a thermal lock or Belimo reversible actuators of the BLE or BE type. These valves can also be fitted with Belimo electromechanical actuators with a return spring type BF or BLF without TRU.

KLOP-1 dampers are operable in any spatial orientation. When designing and installing valves in ventilation systems, one should take into account the convenience of access to the valve actuator and service hatches for devices inside the valve.

In air ducts of large cross section, crossing the enclosing structures of ventilation chambers with high-capacity fans installed in them, it is recommended to install KLOP-3 dampers.

Type of climatic modification of valves - U3 in accordance with GOST 15150-69. The dampers can be installed indoors with an ambient temperature of -30 °C to +40 °C in the absence of direct exposure to atmospheric precipitation and moisture condensation on the damper.

The environment must be explosion-proof, not containing aggressive vapors and gases in concentrations that destroy metals, paintwork and electrical insulation.
